Shipping and delivery
All goods are delivered for free, no hidden conditions.
Terms:
Net 30 days, open accounts. Foreign Accounts: Export Policy (pdf. 75.1kb)
Insurance: All goods are fully insured by us. If the item arrives broken or does not work properly, save the packing and immediately notify the carrier and us. We are not responsible if the packing is thrown away and the Carrier is not immediately notified. It is almost impossible to establish a claim without this, You are responsible. Refer to instructions on the backside of the packing slip.
Method of Shipment:
We use DHL Standard Ground wherever possible. If you would like to ship via DHL Express, DHL 2nd Day, UPS or FedEx (note: we cannot ship FedEx Ground), please indicate this in the "Comments" section of the checkout process. If you have a shipping carrier account, please also provide the account number in the "Comments" section. All microscopes and other tools subject to breakage are shipped open to our discretion. In most cases of this nature we will use Freight, where we can utilize better packing and larger, heavier boxes. All shipping charges are collect if shipped by Freight or any other Air Express Carriers. We require your account number with these carriers before we ship your order.
Returns:
All undamaged goods in original packing, of current design, may be returned freight prepaid for credit at purchase price or current net price, whichever is lower. All returns are subject to prior approval by us. Any instrument found in condition other than original as when shipped by us, which may include your alterations, scratches, or any other damage which prevents the instrument from being sold "as new", will be subject to our discretion for acceptance, and if we believe that it cannot be made in "as new" condition, will be returned to you. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking charge if returned within 30 days of purchase date, no credit will be given if returned after 45 days.
